RESTAURANT SERVER The Restaurant Server is attentive and efficient, and can work with other staff members to ensure that our customers receive prompt, seamless service and have excellent communication with the kitchen team. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; and complete safety training and certifications Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards Serve food and beverages to guests making recommendations if needed Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all service areas. Properly mark all tables for each course before delivery of food to the table. Card all guests who appear under the age of 40 and never serve alcohol to an intoxicated guest. Ability to lift up to 20lbs and stand up to 8 hours per shift. Basic understanding of the English language (written and verbal). Must have intimate knowledge of all food and beverage menu items, including full ingredient descriptions and all associated food allergies. ServSafe Alcohol and Food Allergen or equivalent. Will provide training for qualified individuals.
