This full-time contract role is available in Philadelphia, PA, with a duration of four months or more./ppAs a welder, you will:/pulliPerform a variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations/liliComprehend and interpret technical specifications/liliFollow methods and sequences for wiring, component installation, and soldering/liliMake setups and adjustments to blueprint specifications/liliLay out, set up, erect, fit, and weld structural assemblies/liliUse various measuring instruments and work with fractional and decimal dimensions/liliTack, weld, or braze members using different techniques/liliDrill openings, grind and polish parts, and clean and dress welds/liliFollow complex welding prints and established procedures/liliMaintain physical exertion in difficult positions and follow safety guidelines/liliRecord work done and hours tracked/liliMaintain confidentiality of company information/li/ulpIdeal candidates will have:/pulliHigh School Diploma or equivalent/liliPrior welding certification and/or documented experience/liliGTAW Aluminum Qualification Testing: 1/8 Groove (2G, 3G); 1/32 Fillet (2F)/liliGMAW Short Arc Steel Qualification Testing: .119 Groove (2G, 3G); .059 Fillet (2F)/li/ulpQualified candidates should apply now for immediate consideration.
