Marketing Project Manager Company: Bare Performance Nutrition

Bare Performance Nutrition is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to serve as the execution backbone of our marketing organization. This role is responsible for translating marketing initiatives into clearly scoped, well-structured projects and ensuring they are delivered on time, on brand, and to spec.
Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, the Marketing Project Manager will own end-to-end project management for marketing initiatives across product launches, campaigns, content, partnerships, and performance channels. This role partners closely with marketing leadership, creative, e-commerce, paid media, retail, and operations to drive clarity, accountability, and execution excellence.
This is an in-office, hands-on role for a highly organized operator who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in making complex initiatives run smoothly.


Lead end-to-end project management for marketing initiatives from intake through launch
Capture and document project requirements, objectives, success metrics, deliverables, and dependencies
Partner with the Chief Growth Officer and marketing leadership to prioritize initiatives and align on timelines
Build and maintain detailed project plans in Asana, including tasks, owners, milestones, and dependencies
Develop and manage marketing roadmaps and launch calendars
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, creative, e-commerce, paid media, operations, and external partners
Run project kickoffs, status updates, and working sessions to ensure alignment and momentum
Track progress against timelines and proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and scope changes
Improve and enforce consistent project management standards, templates, and workflows within Asana
3–6+ years of project management experience, preferably in marketing, e-commerce, or high-growth consumer brands
~ Strong experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
~ Hands-on experience building and managing projects in Asana or similar project management tools
~ Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
~ Experience in DTC, CPG, fitness, or performance brands is a plus
