Department: Finance & Strategy Reports To: Controller Position Overview A dynamic and growth-oriented organization is seeking a Financial Analyst with a strong foundation in accounting to join its finance team. This role is ideal for a detail-driven professional who combines analytical acumen with a solid understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles. The Financial Analyst will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, while also ensuring alignment with accounting standards. Key Responsibilities Develops and maintains financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making. Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses. Collaborates with accounting to ensure accurate financial data and reconciliations. Assists in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights into trends and performance drivers. Supports month-end and year-end close processes with accounting teams. Conducts ad hoc financial analysis to support business initiatives and investment decisions. Identifies opportunities for process improvements and automation within financial reporting. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance or Finance Accounting 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, with a strong accounting background.
