What You'll Do as a Collections Representative: As a Collections Representative, you will be responsible for managing delinquent accounts and maintaining positive customer relationships. Key responsibilities include: Sending correspondence to customers to encourage payment of overdue accounts. The Collections Representative will confer with customers to determine reasons for delayed payments and review terms of sales, service, or credit contracts. Notifying the credit department when customers fail to respond or resolve outstanding balances. Recording financial status updates and documenting collection efforts. Receiving payments and posting amounts to customer accounts. The Collections Representative will maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on all collection activities. What We're Looking For in a Collections Representative: Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. 2+ years of commercial collections experience. Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Bilingual skills are a plus for this Collections Representative role.
