🚀 Salesforce DevSecOps Engineer 📍 Location: Tysons Corner, VA ( Hybrid - 3 days onsite)🔍 About the Role We’re looking for a Salesforce DevSecOps Engineer to join our team This role combines security, development , and operations within our Salesforce ecosystem, focusing on automation, compliance, and scalability across Salesforce Core, Health Cloud , and related managed packages. ✅ Key Responsibilities 🔄 DevOps & Automation: Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Copado, Flosum, Gearset, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps . 🚀 Automate deployments across Salesforce environments (Sandboxes, Scratch Orgs, Production). 🔐 Security & Compliance: Embed security best practices, perform vulnerability assessments, and ensure HIPAA/GDPR/SOX compliance. 📊 Implement monitoring, logging, and disaster recovery strategies for Salesforce services. 🤝 Collaborate with developers and admins to drive adoption of DevSecOps practices and secure coding standards. 🎯 Qualifications 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience). 🛠 3–8+ years of experience in Salesforce development, DevOps , or cloud security. 💡 Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud ( Health Data Model, Lightening Aura) and compliance practices. 🔍Nice to haves: Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, SFDX, SOQL , and CI/CD tools (Copado, Flosum, Gearset). 🏅 Preferred certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Health Cloud Accredited Professional, DevOps Center Specialist, Security & Privacy Accreditation .
