As REsuretys Senior Director, People and Legal, you will be responsible for the People Ops and Legal functions of our growing organization. Reporting directly to REsuretys COO, you will engage internal and external stakeholders across a variety of business needs, including commercial negotiations, employee lifecycle and people practices, IP and data protection, and other strategic initiatives.
Steer us through legal landscapes, ensuring compliance and protecting our organization.
Negotiate and review contracts with clients, vendors, and other partners, including SaaS and data contracts, power purchase agreements, and other commercial contracts.
Build a robust risk management framework, safeguarding our future and turning potential threats into opportunities.
10+ years of relevant experience, ideally with a mix of legal and people ops experience
~ Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
~ Excellent communication skills, including experience negotiating commercial contracts

Experience negotiating SaaS contracts or renewable energy project transactions
Combined law firm and in-house experience
Contract Lifecycle Management system experience
this role may require registration with the NFA as an Associated Person.
We are in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at our downtown Boston building, and remote work is optional on Wednesdays and Fridays.
