Position Summary: The Director of Field Services leads all field operations for McIntosh in Hillside, NJ, and Capital in Dallas, TX. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will standardize operations, drive efficiency, and build a culture of accountability across both locations.
Lead and align field service operations across multiple locations for consistency and quality
Develop service strategies that improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams for smooth project execution
Oversee complex repair and service projects, meeting technical standards and customer expectations
Mentor and develop high-performing field service leaders
Manage team performance, compensation, and professional development
Support Sales with quoting, project input, and technical guidance
Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or equivalent experience
10+ years in manufacturing or repair operations; Strong budgeting, resource allocation, and operational management skills
Bilingual Spanish and English preferred
