This role focusing on driving operational efficiency and strategic execution across sales initiatives . A key responsibility is supporting the execution of sales engagements in close partnership with sales and cross-functional teams, playing a crucial role in the go-to-market launch
Project Management : Proven ability to lead complex projects, develop and execute detailed project plans, and drive cross-functional collaboration to successful outcomes.
Stakeholder Management : Strong skills in engaging and aligning diverse stakeholders, ensuring buy-in, and facilitating effective communication across teams.
Executive Communications : Develop and deliver executive-level communications that effectively roll up individual project status, and change management to drive alignment and awareness of key changes and enable informed decision-making and strategic guidance.
Process improvement and operational excellence expertise.
Experience with sales engagement strategies and cadence standardization.
Experience with the sales process with partners for physical goods (especially within consumer electronics).

Project management expectations include defining goals and deliverables, developing and executing project plans, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies
Drive operational excellence through identification and execution of opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and approaches to the business

6+ years of experience in sales operations, sales management, strategic
~6+ planning, business operations, consulting, or a related field
