Proactively source candidates through direct outreach, social platforms, and referrals
Screen for selling skills, quota performance, and cultural fit
Coordinate structured interviews with hiring managers and sales leaders
Build ongoing talent pipelines and track market trends for competitive advantage

3-7 years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on sales roles
~ Proven success hiring quota-carrying talent
~ Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS platforms
~ Experience in high-growth environments, familiarity with sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN), and TA certifications
