Accommodating more than 250,000 outpatient visits, and more than 15,000 inpatient admissions annually. Opportunity Details: Attend to dermatology outpatient clinic - both direct patient panel and supervision of resident let clinics Educate, supervise and mentor Dermatology residents Provide clinical guidance and direction to residents, medical students and other members of the healthcare team as needed. Performs other administrative, professional, consultative duties as needed by the Department Chairperson. Qualifications Successful completion of an accredited residency program in Dermatology Board Eligible or Board Certified in Dermatology by the American Board of Dermatology New York Medical License Wages and Benefits include: Annual Base Salary: $337,000*(board eligible); $347,000* (board certified) based on 40-hour work week. Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours. The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at , $501,372** (board eligible) and $512,372** (board certified), which includes the baseline salary, 401 (k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below: Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $90,672. Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous years average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets. 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits): Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required. After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required. Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement. Generous Annual Paid Time Off (PTO): Vacation, Sick, Holiday, and CME days.
