Please check out our website at to learn more The position is primarily heads-down, execution-focused, with limited meetings and strong ownership of daily operational tasks. What You'll Do Process daily incoming ISR and Article 202 documents from the EPO mailbox Handle PCT hardcopy mail, including sorting, routing, and documentation Process EP registration certificates, including: Reviewing hardcopies De-docketing events in Anaqua Managing archiving or secure shredding Verify and download Letters Patents and Registration Certificates Coordinate offsite storage logistics for patent documents Manage signature workflows: summarize documents, route to signatories, and track completion Support patent inventor award logistics, including tracking, packaging, and shipping plaques and gear Assist with special projects such as audits, validation checks, and document retrievals Why This Role Is a Great Opportunity Hands-on experience with global patent offices (USPTO, EPO, WIPO) Exposure to enterprise-scale IP workflows Opportunity to build deep expertise in Anaqua Meaningful ownership of operational responsibilities Supportive, collaborative Patent Operations team Strong role for building or advancing a career in IP Operations or Patent Administration Required Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in patent operations or IP administration Paralegal experience with patents is required Experience handling U.S. and foreign patent documents Familiarity with USPTO, EPO, and WIPO processes Experience with Anaqua or a similar IP management system Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (intermediate Excel skills preferred) Preferred Qualifications Paralegal certificate or associate degree in paralegal studies Prior experience in a corporate or enterprise IP environment Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: Troy Consulting is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
