Are you a highly disciplined AP professional with solid experience in a manufacturing environment? We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to manage high-volume inventory invoicing at our dynamic facility. This role requires a policy-oriented approach, investigative skills, and the ability to handle manual processing efficiently. Key Requirements: - Experience: 3-5 years of pure Accounts Payable experience, preferably with good tenure. - Education: Associate’s Degree required. - Manufacturing Focus (Must-Have): Proven experience handling AP within a manufacturing setting. - Core Duties: - Expertise in 2-way/3-way matching, specifically for inventory purchases against high-volume invoices (100+ daily/consolidated invoices). - Processing Purchase Orders (POs), obtaining necessary invoice approvals, and coding. - Managing check runs and performing manual processing. - Reconciling statements and conducting thorough research/investigations to resolve discrepancies. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in AS400 (or similar ERP). Excel skills (Pivot Tables, V-lookups – training provided if needed). - Traits: Must be prepared, investigative, and possess and able to handle direct communication and adhere strictly to policy.
