This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Co-Founder, based in the San Francisco Bay Area with some flexibility for remote work. The Technical Co-Founder will oversee the development and implementation of the platform's technical strategy, manage product engineering, and collaborate with co-founders on business goals. They will be responsible for building and leading the technical team, developing AI-powered solutions, and addressing platform performance challenges. The role involves closely working with creators, partners, and the leadership team to align technology efforts with the companys mission and vision.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical and Research skills to solve complex technical and business challenges
Proven Communication skills to convey technical concepts to stakeholders and partners
Experience in Sales and Marketing with a focus on scaling technology-driven platforms
Knowledge of AI systems, data analysis methods, and product management
Proficiency in software development, infrastructure design, and team leadership
Ability to collaborate effectively and align technical objectives with business goals
Experience with startups or building platforms from the ground up is highly desirable
Bachelors or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
