You’ll play a critical part in ensuring inventory accuracy, supporting production needs, and driving process improvements. If you’re a proactive professional with strong ERP experience and a knack for creating structure, this role offers the chance to make a real impact. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and execute all inventory-related activities across two operational sites. Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP systems (Epicor experience highly preferred). Reconcile physical inventory with system data; research and resolve discrepancies promptly. Collaborate with production teams to ensure adequate stock levels without overstocking. Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for inventory control. Prepare detailed inventory reports and recommend replenishment strategies. Partner with logistics, purchasing, and operations to optimize inventory flow and support demand forecasting. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred. 2+ years of experience in inventory or warehouse operations. Proven ability to work across multiple locations and build trust with diverse teams. Strong ERP knowledge: Epicor experience is preferred. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting. Ability to handle inventory in a warehouse environment. A proactive, “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude with a willingness to jump in wherever needed. A self-starter who thrives on solving problems and improving processes. Someone who values collaboration and can communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. A professional who understands the balance between maintaining sufficient stock and avoiding excess inventory. Compensation Range: $55,000 - $70,000 Benefits Offered: 2 weeks of vacation, paid sick leave where applicable by state law, Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance Vision Insurance, 401K, and Life Insurance.
