eLearning Developer (Contract-to-Hire)
We are working exclusively/closely with our client in identifying eLearning Developer to support their Instructional Designers by transforming content into polished deliverables. This role starts as a contract with the intention of conversion to FTE.
Develop eLearning deliverables from ID-provided content.
Create engaging digital learning assets including eLearning modules, micro-videos, and quick reference guides (QRGs).
Provide creative, graphical, and illustrative solutions to simplify complex concepts.
Assist with communications deliverables and storytelling for technologies such as MS Office Suite and Veeva.
Content will primarily be created by Instructional Designers before being handed off.
Developer may occasionally source content from existing documentation, SME interviews, or internal resources.
Duration: Through mid-January, with potential for conversion to Full-Time Employee (FTE)
Location: As a contractor you will work virtually, once converted to an FTE you will be required to be onsite in Overland Park, KS Tuesday through Thursday with Monday and Friday remaining as virtual days.
Strong eLearning development background with proven portfolio
Ability to create engaging, highly graphical, and illustrative content
Familiarity with Articulate 360, Canva, MS Office Suite - All required licenses and laptop will be provided.
Knowledge of AI tools helpful, or strong willingness to learn new technologies
