Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guest  Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections Work as part of a team to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectively Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate customer concerns  Work together with other Technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results Qualifications Qualifications: 8+ years automotive diagnostics and repair experience is required Team oriented, energetic and have an upbeat attitude Capable of diagnosing and repairing any/all types of vehicle systems Flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Excel at diagnostics , drive-ability and solving electrical problems Have the drive and the ability to increase overall shop productivity Ability to quickly master factory scan tools Automotive systems instructing and/or Shop Foreman experience is preferred ASE L1 Master preferred; must be willing and able to attain if not already earned.  Physical Requirements: Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools Walk/stand for the majority of their workday Drive manual transmissions vehicles Efficiently navigate a computer Additional Information Christian Brothers Automotive (CBA) began in 1982 with the simple premise of providing precision auto repair with transparency, integrity and a philosophy of people first.
