Superintendent – Cincinnati, OH
We’re seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead the on-site execution of large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects across the Cincinnati region. This role is ideal for a field leader who thrives in a culture focused on safety, innovation, and quality.
Oversee all daily field operations for complex construction projects
Lead and mentor site teams, including subcontractors and craft labor
Ensure top performance in safety, schedule, budget, and quality
Coordinate with project managers and engineers to achieve milestones
Conduct site meetings, resolve challenges, and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders
7+ years of field construction experience, including 3+ years as a superintendent or equivalent leadership role
~ Proven success managing large commercial or industrial builds
~ Familiarity with modern construction tools (VDC/BIM, lean practices, self-perform environments)
~ Ability to manage multiple projects and travel regionally as needed
