Supervise and train staff to ensure effective implementation. Monitor client progress through data evaluations and adjust protocols as needed. Provide caregiver training and maintain communication with stakeholders. Ensure high-quality care, support staff development, and uphold regulatory compliance. Contribute to operational excellence. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation and Schedule: Shifts: Full time, Part time, Flexible Hours: 10 40 hours per week Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications: Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in good standing with the Pennsylvania Department of State. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), if applicable.
