PORTER FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE IN LUXURY RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY AT BOSTON, MA
The Porter is responsible for keeping the property clean, minor maintenance and landscaping, making sure the property is in good standing. Experience sweeping, mopping, washing and waxing hallways, floors and stairs.
- Experience vacuuming and using floor polishers.
- Experience in clearing snow and ice from sidewalks and driveways
- Keeping good relations with resident owners, tenants and staff.
- You will be the face of our company inside these residential buildings, representing our brand and clients properly will be very important. Someone who represents who we are will posses qualities such as being friendly and approachable, an upbeat attitude, reliable, great customer service skills, communication skills, and organization skills. This position is an entry level position, so no porter experience is necessary, however we do look for proven customer service experience, and of course experience in this field is always a plus.
