We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our growing robotics team. You will work with a world-class cross-functional team to help develop and build the world’s most advanced robotic systems for large-scale robotics opportunities.
Architect software solutions for robotics systems, focusing on high performance, maintainability, scalability, and fault tolerance using Rust.
Develop robot capabilities: task planning, multi-agent path planning, multi-robot coordination to improve warehouse throughput; automation of picking, packing, and sorting; develop multi-robot simulation and 3D visualization to predict system behavior for launches and ramp-ups.
Analyze complex system behavior in production to validate feature impact and identify performance bottlenecks.
Lead and mentor engineers, review code, and help drive the technical roadmap; Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
~Experience with Rust, Golang, Python, or C++
~ Experience simulating, debugging, and analyzing autonomous systems or other complex robotics systems
~ Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker)
~ Strong understanding of database systems (e.g., Postgres, ScyllaDB) and testing (unit/integration)
~ Familiarity with Linux and lower-level systems
Experience with data engineering tools (Kafka, Spark, Flink, Airflow, Parquet, Arrow, etc.)
Salary: $180,000 - $250,000 per year, base plus generous equity. Benefits include Paid Time Off, health insurance, paid parental leave, commuter benefits, referral bonus, 401k, and equity.
