Position Title : Maintenance Technician Location: Delano, Minnesota (onsite) First Shift Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm Compensation: $28-$32 per hour About The Job: Lakeside HR Group has been engaged by our client to recruit for a Maintenance Technician to join their manufacturing team. Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and industrial equipment. Troubleshoot and repair production equipment such as control panels, compressors, ovens, bearings, drives, and HVAC units. Weld, cut, and grind metal for mold and machine repairs. Build and remodel equipment for manufacturing operations. Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and requisitions. Ensure a safe work environment by following company and OSHA safety guidelines. Support operational teams with technical assistance and problem-solving. Perform additional maintenance and repair tasks as assigned by management. Required Skills: 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience (education or equivalent training considered). Associates degree in Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance preferred. Journeymans card in Electrical or Mechanical trades a plus. Experience with rotational molding or plastics manufacturing a plus. Manufacturing experience strongly preferred. Forklift and scissor lift certification required. Strong troubleshooting, mechanical, and electrical aptitude. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot, humid environments.
