Las Vegas, NV Mesquite, NV Reno, NV St. George, UT *There is also potential a relocation package available.**Job Overview:* Principal Geotechnical Engineer takes the lead in planning, designing, and directing geotechnical engineering or construction testing/inspection on simple to complex projects by performing the following duties. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. *Duties:** Oversees project budgets, schedules, and profitability; ensures timely completion and financial success of projects. * Manages client relationships, leads marketing efforts, attends meetings, and develops strategies to secure new work. * Serves as a technical expert; ensures high-quality deliverables, supervises civil engineering teams, and upholds quality standards. * Directs and mentors civil engineering staff, coordinates workloads, and supports professional development. * Handles contract administration, scopes work, prepares agreements, and ensures proper execution and billing.
