Job Type Full-Time / Part -Time / Per diem Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) Compassionate care and high functioning team atmosphere In the post-acute setting, you'll be the primary clinician for patients while maintaining autonomy and independence to support their needs. We are looking for Nurse Practitioners (NP) and/or Physician Assistants (PA?s). In this role, you will work collaboratively with skilled nursing center leadership to meet specific clinical goals/priorities and with the Medical Directors and/or Attending Physicians for patient-specific medical care. If you want to use your clinical skills where they make the most difference and have a high degree of autonomy and flexibility with the opportunity to be a part of a growing, local practice, we should talk.
