What You'll Do as the HR/Payroll Specialist

Payroll Management (70-80%)
Full-cycle payroll for approximately 140 employees across multiple entities
Utilize Excel for reporting and analysis

HR Support (20-30%)
Assist with benefits administration and performance management
Provide backup support for recruiting and safety tracking
Partner closely with the HR Manager on day-to-day HR initiatives


Experience: 3-5+ years in payroll and HR functions
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel; comfort with HR/payroll software
Bachelor's preferred (experience matters most)
