Responsibilities - Business Development Specialist-Bio/Neuro Science
- Build strong relationships with Pharmaceutical/Bio related clients to maximize revenue and meet sales goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow new and existing channels through pharmaceutical businesses and achieve the sales targets.
- Travel to customer locations and resolve customer's issues and develop solutions.
- Determine customer requirements and propose appropriates service needs.
- Understand specifications for products, present to customers, and negotiate prices.
- Cooperate and work closer to the other departments as well as the inside sales team.
- Perform all other duties assigned.
Qualifications - Business Development-Bio/Neuro Science
- Bachelor's in Bioscience, Neuroscience Business Administration, Science, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years in bio chem sales, or related experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal communications and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Driver's License with clear records
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Work responsibly, effectively, and independently
- Teamwork skills are a MUST
- Flexible and able to work under a multicultural environment
- 50% Travel required
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
