Responsibilities - Business Development Specialist-Bio/Neuro Science

  • Build strong relationships with Pharmaceutical/Bio related clients to maximize revenue and meet sales goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow new and existing channels through pharmaceutical businesses and achieve the sales targets.
  • Travel to customer locations and resolve customer's issues and develop solutions.
  • Determine customer requirements and propose appropriates service needs.
  • Understand specifications for products, present to customers, and negotiate prices.
  • Cooperate and work closer to the other departments as well as the inside sales team.
  • Perform all other duties assigned.

Qualifications - Business Development-Bio/Neuro Science

  • Bachelor's in Bioscience, Neuroscience Business Administration, Science, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years in bio chem sales, or related experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal communications and presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Driver's License with clear records
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Work responsibly, effectively, and independently
  • Teamwork skills are a MUST
  • Flexible and able to work under a multicultural environment
  • 50% Travel required
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
