With a scratch kitchen, including in-house pastry program, guests are welcome to start the day with coffee, close a deal over lunch, then return to dine late into the evening on a seafood platter and cocktails. The space exudes a timeless vibe, a blend of Gatsby-era elegance and modern industrial cool. With its distinctive style and welcoming atmosphere, The Henry provides an inviting backdrop for any memorable event and truly earns its reputation as the greatest neighborhood restaurant.

The Henry is excited to welcome a talented Regional Chef to lead the culinary team across the brand Based in Phoenix, Arizona, this role will oversee the dynamic, growing division and requires domestic travel. The ideal leader brings high-volume experience, strong financial acumen, and a sharp focus on operational excellence with a proven ability to develop and inspire large teams. Extensive multi-unit experience is required; exposure to both independent and corporate restaurants preferred. New restaurant opening experience a plus. Looking for a leadership-driven, collaborative, flexible individual to drive business from a high level strategy mindset.
