Are you an experienced accounting professional ready to take ownership of the books and play a key role in financial operations? A well-established organization in Indianapolis is seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to oversee daily accounting activities, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support continued growth.
Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, and general ledger maintenance
Record, reconcile, and review daily transactions across multiple accounts with accuracy and timeliness
Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial reports
Assist with audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
4+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting best practices
Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks experience highly preferred)
