We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for financial ERP systems
Collaborate with executives, financial leaders, and technology teams to align solutions with business objectives
Support implementation and optimization of ERP platforms such as D365, SAP, Infor, or Oracle NetSuite
Translate complex financial processes into clear technical specifications
Facilitate workshops, presentations, and stakeholder communications

Qualifications:
~5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
~ Hands-on experience with financial ERP systems (D365, SAP, Infor, or Oracle NetSuite)
~ Background in accounting and finance OR an Accounting/Finance degree
~ Proven ability to work with executives and senior leadership teams
~ Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
