Locum Tenens Opportunity: Physician - Hospitalist Profession: Physician Specialty: Hospitalist State: Ohio Shift Details: Shift Schedule: 7 on/7 off, 7:00 am - 7:00 pm and 7:00 pm - 7:00 am Weekend Requirements: Yes On-Call Requirements: None Requirements: Experience: Must have 2+ years of recent experience EMR: EPIC Daily Census: 20-25 daily per team Nightly Admissions: Low night admissions (5-10 is a lot and its early in the night) Physician Shifts: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm (2 physicians) and 7:00 pm - 7:00 am (1 physician) Daily encounters 10-15 APP Shifts: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm (2 APPs) Daily encounters 7-10 Number of ICU Beds: 8 (OPEN ICU) Specialty Coverages: Cardiologist, Neurologist, OB, Pulmonology Procedures Required: Due to open ICU, hospitalists need to be skilled in intubation and preferably central lines. Hospitalists respond to codes. Additional Details: Med Surg Beds: 31 med surg beds/private rooms. Can double up if needed. Certification Requirements: Board Certified State License Requirements: Ohio Additional License Requirements: BLS, ACLS, ATLS, NRP, PALS COVID Vaccination: Required Procedural Logs: Required from every provider within the past 12 months (April 2023 Present) reflecting Central Lines, Intubations, & Vents. During credentialing, please notate these are attainable.
