Position Title: VP, Talent & Operations
Location: Remote (U.NETWORK is a fast-growing sports marketing agency specializing in athlete management, brand partnerships, and NIL opportunities. We work with elite high school and college athletes to grow their personal brands, secure sponsorships, and manage career opportunities. We are seeking a strategic and hands-on VP of Talent & Operations to lead athlete management, operational initiatives, and brand partnerships. This role combines leadership, relationship management, and deal-making, driving growth for both athletes and the agency. The VP will oversee day-to-day operations, build relationships with athletes and partners, and ensure seamless execution across campaigns and programs.

Talent Management
Oversee day-to-day operations for athlete clients.
Lead athlete onboarding and manage ongoing client support.
Manage reporting, payments, and partner invoicing as needed.

Marketing & Brand Strategy
Manage marketing materials, press kits, and digital presence.
Brand Partnerships & Sales
Lead outreach and strategy for sponsorships, endorsements, and partnerships.
Collaborate on deal negotiations and manage pipelines with internal teams.
Ensure timely and smooth execution of all partnership agreements.

Operations & Leadership
Ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations related to NIL and athlete partnerships.

Base salary + performance-based commissions tied to deals, sponsorships, and athlete partnerships.
Opportunities to earn additional commission for new business or athletes brought into the agency.

Proven experience in talent management, operations, or sports marketing.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities, building relationships, and executing high-impact initiatives.
Lead exciting brand partnerships and innovative marketing activations.
Remote flexibility and the opportunity to grow within a dynamic agency.
