You’ll operate advanced radiographic equipment, apply sterile techniques when needed, and assist physicians as part of a collaborative care team—working independently to produce high-quality diagnostic images. Maintain high standards of patient care and image quality with minimal supervision. Assist in procedures requiring sterile technique and physician collaboration. Job Summary and Qualifications The Radiologic Technologist is required to perform invasive and non-invasive procedures on a variety of patients. Diagnostic Radiologic Technologists are required to utilize sterile techniques, if necessary, operate complex radiographic equipment, and assist physicians as necessary throughout the Mission Health System. This position will function without constant supervision to produce superior quality diagnostic radiographs. Graduate of JRCERT accredited School of Radiography. BLS Required Experience: Minimum six months experience in a multi-disciplined Radiology Department. Mission Hospital is located in Asheville, North Carolina.
