As the Director of Nursing / Clinical Services, you’ll oversee all aspects of our clinical operations ensuring outstanding care quality, regulatory compliance, and smooth team coordination. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide, mentor, and inspire your clinical team while upholding the highest standard of hospice care.

Lead, coordinate, and oversee all direct and indirect patient care services.

Supervise and mentor clinical staff to ensure exceptional quality and adherence to organizational standards.

Conduct regular chart audits to ensure compliance and maintain quality assurance.


*
Conduct performance appraisals, coaching, and ongoing professional development for nursing and aide staff.


*
gather and review quality data.


*
Review intake information and determine appropriateness for hospice services.


*
Maintain accurate, complete patient clinical records.


*
Manage clinical supply inventory.


*
Support onboarding and orientation of new clinical staff.


*
Lead interdisciplinary team (IDT) meetings to drive patient-centered, holistic care.


*
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

* Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the state of Arizona

* Minimum 2 years of hospice or home health nursing experience (hospice strongly preferred)

* Strong understanding of regulatory standards (Medicare, state, CHAP)
