Why You'll Love This Role: Join a team that values integrity, collaboration, and professional excellence Work on complex costing activities that impact organizational decision-making Opportunity to contribute to compliance initiatives and process improvements Be part of a mission-driven organization with strong growth potential Key Responsibilities of the Senior Analyst, Compliance and Costing: As a Senior Analyst, Compliance and Costing , you will: Prepare and manage costing activities, including fringe rate development and service provider charges Develop and maintain complex costing models to allocate costs accurately and efficiently Ensure compliance with federal regulations and internal policies, including Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200) Coordinate annual service provider registration and rate submissions Prepare external reports for regulatory agencies and support audit processes Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and internal control recommendations Collaborate with leadership and departments to improve costing processes and strengthen internal controls Preferred Qualifications xrczosw of the Senior Analyst, Compliance and Costing: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field 6+ years of experience in financial analysis, costing, or compliance Strong knowledge of costing principles, GAAP, and federal regulations Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial systems Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills CPA preferred; experience with Uniform Guidance and sponsor policies (NIH, NSF, DOD) is a plus Compensation Range: 115k-130k
