Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients. Address client concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. Lead complex sales cycles from lead generation through contract closure Performance Management & Reporting: Maintain and communicate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards. Analyze sales performance metrics to improve win rates and sales productivity. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in technology sales, with a strong focus in TTH vertical Familiarity with consultative sales frameworks Proven experience in selling product & IT services to enterprise clients. Strong grasp of emerging technology trends (e.g., cloud, AI/ML, digital platforms, CX solutions). Ability to manage large, complex deals and navigate multi-stakeholder decision-making environments.
