We’re looking for a Project Manager with around 8+ years of site civil and land development experience who values loyalty, career progression, and the opportunity to take ownership of meaningful projects. What You’ll Do Lead design and permitting for site/civil and land development projects, including grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater, and erosion control. Manage projects from concept through completion while mentoring junior staff and collaborating with senior leadership. Support business development by maintaining client relationships and contributing to growth initiatives. Use AutoCAD Civil 3D daily for design and coordination. Oversee multiple project types- commercial, residential, institutional, and mixed-use. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and Professional Engineer (PE) license (or ability to obtain). 8+ years of experience in site civil/land development design and project management. Demonstrated loyalty and stable career history- we value steady progression and strong communication. Strong client management skills and ability to lead a team.
