Our community is warm, inclusive, and deeply committed to authentic Montessori practice. We are seeking a Program Director to lead and support our Primary (36 years) program. The ideal candidate is a passionate Montessori educator with experience in classroom leadership and school management. This person will bring both strategic vision and practical expertise to help guide our expanding program, ensuring excellence in all aspects of Montessori education and daily school life.
Oversee the daily operations of the Primary program, ensuring a nurturing, engaging, and authentic Montessori environment.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development for the Primary teaching team.
Partner with the administrative team to implement school-wide goals and uphold CE Montessoris mission and values.
Collaborate with families, staff, and the wider community to foster strong relationships and open communication.
Coordinate curriculum planning, assessment, and materials management.
Assist with admissions, parent education, and community events.
Primary Montessori certification required.
Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) in Education or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Montessori Primary classrooms, with at least 2 years in a leadership or administrative role.
Innovative, detail-oriented, and excited to contribute to a dynamic and growing school community.
