Responsibilities:
• Manage the company's social media presence across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Design and implement content strategies that align with business goals and resonate with diverse audiences.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline content ideation, creation, and automation processes.
• Create visually compelling assets using video editing and graphic design software.
• Plan, produce, and schedule engaging content tailored to B2C and B2B markets.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams on branding initiatives, promotional campaigns, and digital projects.
• Monitor content performance using analytics to refine strategies and improve engagement.
• Stay informed about trends in beauty, cosmetics, social media, and digital marketing to ensure content remains relevant.
• Assist in developing digital materials such as catalogs and other marketing collateral. • At least 1-3 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
• A portfolio showcasing work in cosmetics, beauty, fashion, or related industries.
• Proficiency in both B2B and B2C content strategy and execution.
• Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar for content creation.
• Strong skills in video editing and graphic design using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
• Passion for the beauty and cosmetics industry, with an understanding of relevant trends and tone.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
• Availability to work 30–40 hours per week, with a preference for onsite presence initially.
