Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments and manage the care of neonates in the NICU, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing procedures as needed. Collaborate with neonatologists and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for each infant. Provide education and support to families, helping them understand their newborn's condition and treatment options.
