Blue Chip Talent , in partnership with a manufacturing and engineering organization, is seeking a skilled Test & Validation Technician . This role is responsible for supporting prototype builds, assisting with test fixture fabrication, and ensuring test lab equipment is well-maintained and compliant with safety standards.
Support electrical and mechanical aspects of prototype builds
Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on lab equipment
Handle physical materials, tools, and equipment as needed
Document equipment upkeep and work performed accurately

0–2 years of technician experience in a product development or test lab environment
~ Basic mechanical and electrical repair knowledge
~ Experience operating a pallet jack and/or forklift
Exposure to electrical testing processes or equipment maintenance
Associate degree or technical certification in a relevant field
