Key Responsibilities
Act as a point of contact for facility users for cleaning and maintenance needs. Clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors. Report maintenance issues such as leaks, broken fixtures, or safety hazards. Assist with light maintenance tasks (e.g., Support special cleaning or facility setup tasks as needed. What We’re Looking For English/ Spanish bilingual strongly preferred. Reliable, punctual, and professional with excellent customer service skills. May operate a boom lift or other equipment for high-reach cleaning or maintenance. Must be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. Work Environment Work may take place in office buildings, schools, medical facilities, or commercial spaces May require evening, weekend, or holiday shifts depending on location needs.
