Key Responsibilities

  • Handle family law cases, including divorce, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, child custody, visitation rights, protection orders, spousal support, and modifications.
  • Take ownership of cases from discovery through trial.
  • Meet with clients, develop case strategies, and provide legal guidance.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to paralegals and legal assistants.
  • Contribute to case strategy development with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Represent clients in virtual and in-person court proceedings.
  • Approach each case with a client-centered perspective, helping individuals build a better future.

Qualifications

  • Active membership in the Arizona Bar.
  • Newly licensed attorneys or those with prior experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
  • Strong references that attest to professionalism and expertise.
