We are seeking a highly-motivated and pragmatic Assistant General Counsel to join our Legal team. Reporting to the General Counsel, this role will provide business-minded legal support across multiple functions, including commercial, regulatory, corporate governance, and compliance matters. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in the medtech, pharma or other life sciences sector, and experience in a fast-paced, start-up company environment. The Assistant General Counsel will serve as a key legal advisor to the business, providing strategic and practical legal counsel across corporate, securities, and healthcare regulatory law.
