Job Description & Requirements Occupational Therapist - Rehab - (OT - Rehab) StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1527.18 - $1673.40 Tell us about the unit(s):Number of Beds - NANumber of Staff 48 PTs; 26 OTsType of staff: PT, PTA, Rehab aids, OT, COTA, STDay Shift day shift only - staffing depends on the volume of therapy appropriate patientsPatient Ratios (ESTIMATED) 8-12 pts in acute / less in inpatient rehab (5-6)Type of equipment walking equipment, weights, bikes, treadmillEMR - MeditechTypical hiring profileSkill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.Acute care and/or inpatient rehab experience preferredMust be available to work/rotate 2 weekend shift (2 days) a monthPreferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.ICU experience a plus Wound vac management List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Functional mobilities, ADLs, Best personality Fit:Flawless work ethicsGood communication/collaboration skills Required Qualifications Occupational Therapist, Rehab Experience: 1 year OT-TX Certifications: BLS-AHA SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year Facility Location Minutes north of downtown Dallas, Plano residents enjoy a short drive to big-city attractions, nightlife, sports, museums, and entertainment.
