Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions./ph2What You Will Experience In This Position:/h2olliAnalyze and process a high volume of Engineering Change Requests and Change Orders./liliRequest change order pricing from Estimating./liliEnter and process change orders in the ERP system./liliCollaborate with Project Managers to ensure accurate, timely processing./liliEvaluate change order submittals to ensure internal and external customer compliance./liliCoordinate with Engineering team members and customers to ensure project requirements meet defined timelines./liliExpedite responses, corrections/solutions where applicable with the engineering team and other departments where applicable./liliServe as a single point contact for change orders./liliMaintain individual workflow to ensure ease of obtaining current ECR/CO status and prioritize individual work./liliAssist other departments in clarifying ECR/CO status./liliRun weekly check in meetings with Project Managers./liliTake notes for Daily Production Meetings./liliSchedule Print Review meetings./liliMaintain Engineering Metrics./li/olh2You Have:/h2ulliAssociates degree or equivalent experience (3+ years) in similar role and industry preferred./liliExperienced with Microsoft Office Tools./liliExperience navigating and finding information in ERP system is preferred./liliAbility to work cross-functionally with Project Managers, Estimators, and other teams./liliStrong task orientation and attention to detail./liliAbility to adapt and thrive with changing business environment and circumstances./li/ulpOur Global Hybrid Schedule and Core Hours:/ppAt nVent, we value in-person collaboration and flexibility as key drivers of innovation and our strong, inclusive culture.
