This role is hands-on with Revit modeling, clash detection, and BIM coordination meetings with both internal teams and external partners. You will create information models from PDFs and CAD files, develop 2D/3D shop drawings, and present coordinated models to stakeholders — with no field work required. Key responsibilities and highlights include: Create, update, and manage BIM information models throughout design, construction, and operational phases. Prepare models for multi-discipline coordination, resolve clashes, and report issues for further review (RFIs). Produce project deliverables such as drawings, reports, panel books, panel layouts, and quantity take-offs. Ensure model accuracy and compliance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), including all naming, coding, and data standards. Use Autodesk Construction Cloud and other CDE platforms to upload, track, and manage model versions and revisions. Develop and maintain graphical and non-graphical data in accordance with project requirements and client standards. Focus on Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and structural blueprint interpretation. Office options available in Nashville, Charleston, or Kennesaw.
