If HVAC production, team mentorship, and successful project delivery are where you shine, we want to hear from you About The Role This pivotal role is designed for someone who is not only adept in mechanical design for large-scale commercial projects but also possesses a proactive, production-focused mindset. You'll be instrumental in ensuring our design projects move efficiently from concept to completion, managing timelines for your own work and supporting a small team of designers and engineers. While this isn't a direct management position, you'll serve as a vital mentor and lead, providing guidance, sharing your knowledge, and helping to develop the team's capabilities. What You'll Bring to Emerald At least 5 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering, with a significant focus on HVAC production. Expert proficiency in Revit and CAD is required. You should be comfortable not only with your own work but also with coaching others. A proven ability to drive project execution and manage timelines effectively. A genuine commitment to mentoring and developing less experienced team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ready to contribute to a dynamic team.
