Oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensuring timely and highquality delivery of solutions. Solve a broad spectrum of technical challenges related to scaling, security, efficiency, and automation by making robust architectural and customercentric design decisions. Drive best practices in software engineering, including secure coding, automated testing, code review, and DevOps principles. Ensure products and services meet the needs of internal teams, customers, and Oracles partner ecosystem. Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges, risks, and opportunities for process improvement. Lead hiring, performance management, and professional development for a diverse engineering team. Ensure compliance with Oracles security, quality, and regulatory standards. Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of experience in software development, including 5+ years in technical leadership or management roles. Proven experience building and scaling highperforming engineering teams. Strong track record of delivering largescale, enterprise software solutions (cloud experience strongly preferred). Extensive experience in modern coding practices, application design, and cloud architectures. Strong ability to lead and mentor junior developers. Deep knowledge of modern development frameworks, languages, and tools (e.g., Python, C/C++, JavaScript, Cloud Platforms, CI/CD). Experience working with multiple database technologies (relational and nonrelational). Experience with containerized environments such as Docker and Kubernetes. Fullstack development experience. Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Agile methodologies and distributed teams. Strong problemsolving abilities and a customerfocused mindset. Experience with open source technologies and methodologies. Knowledge of Oracle products and ecosystems. Experience working with both internal customers and external partners. Experience in SaaS, cloud architectures, or platform engineering. Strategic thinking skills. Salary & Benefits US: Hiring range in USD from $141,200 to $338,500 per year, with potential for bonus, equity, and other compensation.
