Monarch Wealth Strategies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Wealth Advisor Associate to join our growing Hollywood office. This in-person role is ideal for someone who is passionate about financial planning, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is eager to build a long-term career in wealth management. As a Wealth Advisor Associate, you will work closely with Lead Advisors to support the delivery of thoughtful, high-quality financial advice and exceptional client service. You’ll gain hands-on experience across planning, analysis, and client engagement while developing the technical and professional skills needed to grow into a trusted advisor. What you’ll do: Partner with senior advisors to prepare, implement, and maintain comprehensive financial plans Attend and support client meetings, ensuring thoughtful follow-through and execution Conduct financial analysis, modeling, and research using industry-leading planning tools Contribute to continuous improvements in planning processes and service delivery Maintain accurate CRM records and support compliance and documentation standards Mentorship & Growth: This role offers direct mentorship under CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) professionals with deep experience across comprehensive financial planning, investment strategy, and client relationship management. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to real client work, thoughtful planning conversations, and best practices in advisory services, all while receiving ongoing guidance, feedback, and professional development support designed to help you grow into a confident, well-rounded Wealth Advisor.
