Job Description
Job Description Our State Farm Agency is expanding and we are looking for a driven marketing specialist. You will be calling potential clients who have requested insurance information, and transferring them to one of our Agency Insurance Specialists I need someone who can smile and dial, with an energetic fun personality who is not afraid to make calls.

Previous sales experience is preferred. Must be fluent in Spanish and English.

Average annual pay range (including hourly pay, commission and bonus) is approximately $60 - $120k annually once fully licensed.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales.
Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed.
Develop ongoing networking relationships.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Develop new Service opportunities with both existing and new clients.

What are the requirements?
Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
Life & Health license (must be able to obtain).
Have to be able to BRING IT on a daily basis. Energy is key
High school diploma or equivalent education is required
Ability to have great conversations over the phone and build rapport
Previous sales experience is required to be successful in this positions; must be a hunter
Enthusiasm and belief about the role insurance and financial products play in peoples lives.
Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior.
Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening.
Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.
